New South Wales Calendar and Post Office Directory 1836
Thick octavo, with a folding frontispiece map, four handcoloured signalling plates, a folding letterpress chart, and five engraved advertisements; original cloth with label, now lovingly preserved in a cloth folding case.
Association copy with the ownership inscription of Mary Reibey. In addition, as the colophon indicates, this book was printed by Anne, widow of Robert Howe (son of the first Australian printer George Howe). Aside from its desirable provenance, this copy contains five advertisements for various Sydney traders as opposed to the four called for by Ferguson.
